The Charleston Craftsman creates custom wedding signs of reclaimed wood for your entranceways, guest sign in table, in addition to unique photo frames to display how you met.
A custom pergola for your home like the one shown starts at $7500; imagine getting married in your own backyard under a pergola with beautiful flowers attached.
Rose Couture of Charleston creates-one-of-a-kind veils, silk coats, jackets, trains of tulle, and decor for the reception. Her head pieces include shells collected from her year in Southwest Florida, vintage beads, and hand-made lace. Each item is bespoke with none others identical to it made ever again. Her daughters have carried on the tradition--Mia graduated from Birmingham Southern College and designs couture jewelry; Alissa graduated from SCAD and is a film and television stylist in NYC.
A Rose Couture wedding fascinator is begun with wire and her own handmade buckram frame--round or teardrop. Each is carefully padded and made flexible, easy to form to any head shape. Then a silk overlay is added with antique beads, shells, or crystals.
Come and see the lovely accessories created by designer Rosanne Ferreri at her Summerville atelier. Address will be forthcoming 2 weeks in advance. Maximum of 25 attendees.
Welcome to Charleston's only Lookbook featuring the highest caliber couture designers, adding the personal touch to your special day.
A couture item is custom made and bespoke--the pattern is not duplicated. Gowns that are made for a perfect fit, accessories that match every little detail, decor that is hand painted, calligraphers who lovingly address each invitation by hand, live musicians who perfect your prelude and postlude music, bakers who are artists-these are the types of businesses you will find here.
Sit back with a cappucino and enjoy our book!
